Library ยป

The Library Node shows the projects stored in the REX Library which you may use as a template to build your model. A project can be added to the Library by publishing it.
All the information of the original project is preserved when published to the Library. However, in this node, only basic information about each project is shown. In addition to the project summary, you may view Notes, Reactions and LHHW Sites associated with each reaction system. Only minor edits to the Library are allowed. You are allowed to rename/delete the project, edit notes, or mark a project here to be exported to the Projects node. Once the project is exported to the Projects node, you can see all the details about the project and potentially use it as a template for building your own model.

Projects Library

This view displays the list of projects and their overall properties which are organized in columns as explained below:
  • The Project column denotes the name of the project. The project name can be renamed by editing this field.
  • The Mark column specifies the list of library projects that are marked for Export to Projects or Delete Library Projects. This is convenient when you want to export more than one project to Projects node, or if you want to delete more than one library project at once.
  • The Mode column indicates whether the original project was selected as Estimation or Optimization.
  • The Reactor column indicates the type of reactor of the project.
  • The Phases column lists the phases of the project.
  • The Solution Date column is the date of the last run of the project.
  • The LSQ column shows the Least Square Error (for Estimation mode projects only).
  • The Weighted LSQ column shows the weighted Least Square Error of the project (for Estimation mode projects only).

Notes

This view displays the notes of the project. You can edit them.
